Recent Manufacturing Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration Projects
- At Zumbiel Packaging’s 180,000 square foot factory and 31,500, 2-story office in Hebron, Ky., Century installed 12 roof-top packages, an energy recovery ventilator, and digital ASI controls. The manufacturing space and the offices are connected and the HVAC is operated by one computer interface personalized for the Zumbiel staff.
- For the relocation of United States Playing Card Company within the Greater Cincinnati region to Boone County, Kentucky, Century Mechanical Solutions designed and built the industrial HVAC system for the 400,000 square-foot manufacturing space addition. The majority of the work was done in the production facility with tightly controlled temperature and humidity requirements.
- At Siemens’ Norwood Motor Manufacturing Facility, Century Mechanical Solutions provided and installed air conditioning for the new coil and winding department and heating and ventilation for the new rotor shop and assembly departments. Century installed process piping, including compressed air, natural gas, oxygen and nitrogen.
